Caring all the way, we cater right through for the busy executive to a child travelling alone (UM). Let our experienced Chaperons remove all concerns when you place passengers in our care, as our service and experience is second to none. On arrivals, our uniformed Chaperon will be right at the aircraft side as passengers deplane, with a signboard and a warm welcome to Hong Kong. We can arrange to have our Shuttle standing by, for a quick drive to Immigration. Our Chaperon will continue to escort your passenger through all Government controls. The Chaperon will remain at your party's side until meeting your representative in the Meet and Greet area, or right through to ground transportation. On departure, your passenger is met as they alight from ground transportation. (This service can also originate at any of the Airport Express Line in-town stations.) The Chaperon handles all check-in arrangements and escorts your passenger through all departure formalities. The Chaperon will remain at the gate until your party boards, rendering any possible assistance until departure time.

Let our efficient and courteous Shuttle Operators drive you and your hand baggage to or from your flight gate. Driving time from the East Hall to the most distant gate is no more than 8 minutes.
The special Charter Shuttle Service is designed with the busy passenger in mind. Immediate pick-up and transfer to Immigration for arriving passengers or vice-versa for departing passengers means no waiting around.

Passengers can turn up at any of our service points or counters and speak to our friendly Porters, who will assist them with their bags to the check-in desk, or ground transportation point if they have just arrived. Porters will never be far away as we have provided a courtesy phone at each service point to alert a Porter when required. Our Porter will:

* Retrieve luggage from the baggage belt and assist visitors all the way to car park or to their chosen transportation
* Meet passengers arriving from their ground transportation and assist them to their check-in counter
